If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery agent will try to contact you. The agent will ask you for a new delivery time, if you are not available again during the delivery, the order will be refunded, and if it fails, ₹15 will be deducted as shipping and packing charges as manpower was used for the attempt, and it is not free. If the payment is not cleared, your account may be deactivated. (Please note, the first delivery attempt is free, but if the second attempt also fails, you will be charged ₹15 for the failed delivery.)
